Quick question this video might have covered as well.

How would a current member in good standing go about setting up an account for/from a NEW country after a move, for example from The U.S. to Canada?

Currently it looks like that member needs to close his existing account and apply from the new country but that may leave a gap with no earnings for several weeks (with no guarantee of being accepted) AND there is the problem of his/her sites already being known to eBay and used under a different account number.

What should someone do before/after such a move ?
