One of my favorite parts of ePN TV (aside from the blooper reels) is that our publishers get to hear from our team members in their own words. Sure, we write lots of blog posts about product updates, changes to the program and best practices for working with eBay Partner Network, but nothing beats seeing it in living color right from the source.
This week, Tien Huang has her sights set on Brian Marcus, Director of the Global eBay Partner Network. Brian’s fired up about the new year and he’s excited to share the priorities for the first half of 2013 with our publisher community.
“The most important thing we have to do is make sure we’re making progress and we’re executing on our strategy,” says Marcus. “In particular, what we want to do for publishers in the first half of 2013 is make sure they know that we’re helping them, help us. There’s a lot of areas within their own expansion that we’re going to help them do better. We’re going to open up the world of eBay to them – our products, our verticals, our categories – and we want to make sure that they have the right information to help promote us in the key seasonal areas.”
