"This includes, but is not limited to, using a third party trademark (or a term confusingly similar to it) in your URLs."

Does this mean if I write a post about, say, my son playing his Bakugan. And I call it - My son thinks his bakugan are cool. My url would be paulsplace.com/mysonthinksbakuganarecool. This isn't allowed? That limits 99% of any publicher if they can even say something about a brand in a post title.

What about people with say camera blogs, they can never say the brand name in their review post title? strange.

Re: "Third party redirects for the sole purpose of masking a referring URL are no longer allowed."

I redirect affiliate links through a .htaccess redirect for the purpose of streamlining my links - if I post a link for the same product or category in many places and the link is later outdated, I am able to quickly update all instances with one change.

Also, many affiliates redirect to count the clicks for their own records.

Is this something you would reconsider?
